To top it off, the fourth-floor fire escape exit was locked, raising safety concerns that wouldn’t pass inspection elsewhere.

We had an awesome time! The location was on point, super easy to get around on foot or subway. Breakfast was a highlight, so many tasty options! Staff were super friendly too, even let us check in early. However, the restaurant downstairs was closed, which was kinda a bummer for dinner plans.
